Return & Exchange Policy

All items on the outlets.yiume.com are discounted and final sale.

- Returns are not accepted, but free exchanges are available within 15 days of receipt.

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges.

- Please contact service@yiume.com to arrange the exchange.

Kind reminder
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our exchange address and will affect the processing of your exchange.

Order cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
